コーチと呼ばれる指導教員のもと、より良い教授方を学び、授業に取り入れていくのために、様々な研修に参加していくことになります。各参加教師の教室にサポートとして入り、児童の手伝いをしたり、授業を参観し、教師の指導をしていきます。

Hello! My name is Horiba Sensei. I am the Teaching and Learning Partner for El Marino. It is similar to an instructional coach for the teachers. I work with all the teachers in and out of their classrooms supporting their growth and learning with them to improve teaching for all of our students.
