In our efforts to increase student safety and security, El Marino staff, parents and Office of Child Development staff have come together to improve the morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up routines.

Our parent workshop on 10/24/08 highlighted strategies teachers use and ways that students learn academic content in the target language. A core group of parents were treated to a 4th grade lesson in electricity conducted entirely in Japanese - and they all understood it!
