19th Annual Science Fair - Friday May 30th
Come explore the world around you! El Marino students will be taking on the laws of physics, biology, chemistry, astronomy, and geology, showing us what a fascinating world we live in. Presentations will be displayed in the cafetorium during the day. The evening fair is from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Are your junior scientists interested in creating a project? In addition exploring science through all the great projects,
· Have fun participating in hands-on experiments and activities!
· Discover the mysteries of the brain!
· See a 3-D printer in action!
· Operate a robot (courtesy of Culver City’s own High School robotics team)!
· and much more!
BAKE SALE
Hungry for a snack or light dinner? PTA will be hosting a bake sale that will raise needed money for school programs and improvements. Most items will be $1 or $2.
DONATE TIME
Help make this a great experience!
· Volunteers are needed to help staff activity tables.
If you know of a high school student needing to complete volunteer hours, this is a fun way to do it! Parent volunteers are also welcome.
· Volunteers that wish to host an activity table of their own are welcome.
Graduate Student and Parent Scientist display and activity tables are always a great addition.
