Check-In Guidelines
All projects must be brought to the school cafetorium between 8:00am and 8:40am on Friday, April 22nd(the morning of the fair). Allow enough time to check in. Please sign in with a parent volunteer at the Science Fair “check in table”. You will be given some materials and shown where to display your project.
IMPORTANT: During the course of the morning, after you have brought your project to the cafetorium, parent volunteers have to be able to easily move your project in order to make room and/or rearrange the displays. Please keep this in mind when you plan what to bring to the school.
The projects must be taken home after the family viewing session that evening. You may not leave your project overnight, as classes use the cafetorium the next morning.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED on Friday morning to set up tables and projects. The committee really needs your help. The cafetorium needs to be ready for teachers to bring their students into the science fair by 9:00 am. In addition, volunteers are needed to help clean up the cafetorium after the event next week, as the book fair will begin setup right after the science fair. If many volunteers help, this can be done in about 30 minutes. Thanks in advance for your help.
