Book Fair Hours: 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Author Hours: 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Please join us this Friday, April 19th, in the El Marino Library for a Readers Theater presentation of Lola Zola and the Lemonade Crush by authors Jackie Hirtz and Marcy Winograd.
The students will be participating in Readers Theater which is readers reading a story, performers acting it out and the audience picturing the action from hearing the story being read aloud. It requires no sets, costumes, props, or memorized lines. The audience visualizes the action. Performers bring the text alive by using voice, facial expressions, and gestures!
The Reading Education Assistance Dogs (R.E.A.D.) will be at Literary Night with their pooches and a bunny! Kids, bring your favorite book and sign-up to read to your favorite furry friend.
R.E.A.D. Hours: 6:15 to 8:00 pm
SIGN UPS START AT 6pm outside Classrooms 4 and 5.
